Bonding care technology The BLONDME Bonding Care Regime system features the Bonding Technology. This innovative technology has the ability to balance the pH level and stabilize the inner hair structure of delicate blondes by creating new, strengthening bonds within the hair fibres. The Bonding Technology includes Magnesium Citrate, a bi-valent ionic molecule that is double charged.
